Listening and Communication

Listening and Communication

There is an art to communication.  First listening, then speaking establishes intent. Asking questions or delivering an answer while being thoughtful and clear with our words establishes rapport.   This applies to general chit-chat that we all experience with our family, friends, out at restaurants, making calls, etc... At times, people struggle coming up with what to say, how to say, and in general... Just things to say which then defines the outcome.  Do you ever think.. "I stayed to long and said to much?".  So when is a good time to get out of a conversation?
